Anti-ICAM-1 (C-term) Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal reagent raised against the C‑terminus of human ICAM‑1 (also known as CD54). It is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot of an affinity‑purified, unconjugated IgG2b clone in PBS (pH 7.4) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The immunogen corresponds to purified recombinant human ICAM‑1 C‑terminal protein fragments expressed inE. coli, and the antibody has been shown to detect endogenous levels of ICAM‑1 without cross‑reactivity with related proteins. A recommended starting dilution of 1:1000 is suggested for Western blot. The reagent is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
