Anti-ICAM-1 Antibody

This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically targets human ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1, also known as CD54), a cell-surface glycoprotein central to leukocyte adhesion and transendothelial migration during inflammation. Supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated antibody in a buffer of 1×TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody reacts with human ICAM-1 and is widely used to investigate endothelial activation, inflammatory signaling, immune cell recruitment, and pathological conditions involving leukocyte–endothelial interactions, including atherosclerosis, transplant rejection, and viral infection studies.
