Bone sialoprotein research is supported by this polyclonal rabbit IgG reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against human Integrin-Binding Sialoprotein (IBSP), a glycoprotein secreted by osteoblasts and incorporated into the mineralized bone matrix. The unconjugated antiserum is supplied as 100 µl of liquid intended for Western Blot detection of IBSP in lysates prepared from human cell lines and primary tissue specimens.

Purified as a polyclonal IgG preparation and validated for Western Blot application, this antibody binds native and denatured IBSP, aiding investigations into osteoblast differentiation, skeletal tissue mineralization, dental matrix biology, and cancer contexts in which IBSP expression has been reported as dysregulated. The unconjugated format gives laboratories the flexibility to conjugate the antibody to HRP, biotin, or fluorophores according to their own Western Blot workflow, and the documented human reactivity profile makes the reagent appropriate for studies of bone marrow stromal cultures, osteoblast lineage cells, and skeletal tissue specimens.

For best results, store the vial refrigerated, limit freeze-thaw cycles by preparing single-use aliquots, and protect from light when working with downstream conjugated preparations. The product ships as a 100 µl vial for research use only, intended for investigators studying bone sialoprotein function, extracellular matrix biology, or mineralization-driven signaling pathways.
