Anti-IARS2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody against IARS2 (mitochondrial isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase 2), a nuclear-encoded aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase that charges mitochondrial tRNA-Ile with isoleucine and is implicated in CAGSSS syndrome and related disorders of mitochondrial translation. Validated for Western blot on human, rat, and mouse samples, the antibody supports expression studies of mitochondrial aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases, mitochondrial disease models, and characterization of mitochondrial protein synthesis. The polyclonal host response permits recognition of multiple epitopes on IARS2, an advantage when probing endogenous expression in tissues and cell lysates.
