Anti-IARS Antibody

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1158-1262 of human IARS (NP_002152.2). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 144 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for IHC. The product is supported by 1 scientific image.
