Anti-IAP Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and recognises IAP. The clonality is Polyclonal and the reagent is supplied Unconjugated.

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blotting (WB). According to the manufacturer, immunisation used a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human IAP, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of IAP protein.

The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
