Anti-HYOU1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against recombinant human HYOU1 (Hypoxia Up-Regulated Protein 1, also known as ORP-150, GRP-170, or HSPH4) and is affinity-purified to yield a highly specific reagent that detects endogenous levels of total HYOU1 protein. Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, the unconjugated antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is recommended for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been validated for reactivity with human and mouse samples.
