Anti-Hydrocodone Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal IVD-grade reagent targets Hydrocodone and is supplied at 1 mg per unit. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated, with the product format being a Protein A purified polyclonal antibody formulated in a 50 mM potassium phosphate buffer (pH 7.15) containing 0.85% NaCl. It is raised against a Hydrocodone-BgG immunogen and is recommended for use in Lateral Flow and ELISA applications. Specificity profiling indicates strong reactivity with Hydrocodone (100%) and limited cross-reactivity with structurally related opiates, including Hydromorphone at approximately 2.2% and Codeine at trace levels, making it well suited for selective detection of hydrocodone in immunoassay workflows.
