Anti-HYAL1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HYAL1, unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. Validated applications include Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with recommended working dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000 for WB and 1:50 to 1:200 for IHC. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 136–435 of human HYAL1 (NP_149349.2). The reagent is affinity purified and reported to have a molecular weight of 48 kDa. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.30, containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
