Anti-HXK I / HK1 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant full-length human HXK I protein, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of Hexokinase-1 without cross-reacting with related proteins. Validated applications are Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), with reactivity confirmed for human samples. On Western blots, the antibody recognizes a band at the predicted molecular weight of 102 kDa.
