Anti-HXK I (F67) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against HXK I (F67) and supplied in unconjugated form. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30-80 of Human HXK I, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HXK I protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an observed molecular weight of approximately 102 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Two scientific validation images are available.
