HUS1B is a paralog of HUS1 that partners with RAD9B and RAD1 to load an alternative 9-1-1-like sliding clamp onto stalled replication forks and DNA lesions, feeding into ATR-dependent signaling and helping preserve genome stability under replication stress. Because the polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes on HUS1B, the reagent is useful for probing endogenous protein levels in lysates from human, mouse, and rat samples.
