Anti-Human Kappa Light Chain Antibody [H16-E]

From Antibodies.com, this Primary Antibody is a Rabbit monoclonal (H16-E) antibody specific for Human Kappa Light Chain. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in Rabbit, shows monoclonal clonality with clone ID H16-E, and is supplied as a liquid preparation.

Validated for immunohistochemistry on Human samples, the antibody is recommended for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications at a working dilution of 1:100–1:500. It recognises an epitope located between Gly92 and Gly104, and was generated using an immunogen peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human kappa light chain IgG.

The antibody is presented in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and is recommended for storage at 4°C.
