Anti-Human Kappa Light Chain Antibody [A21-Y]

The reagent is provided in liquid form and is validated for use in IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human kappa light chain IgG, and the antibody recognises the epitope spanning Gln47 to Ser63. It is formulated in Tris buffered saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and is recommended for IHC at dilutions of 1:100–1:500. Storage is at 4°C.
