Description
A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in goat against Human Immunoglobulin E (IgE) and is supplied as an affinity-purified, unconjugated reagent validated for use in ELISA, Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
It is described as an IVD reagent with specificity for the Human IgE Heavy (ε) chain; the immunogen used is purified Human IgE Heavy (ε) chain. The antibody reacts with Human samples and shows no reactivity with Human immunoglobulin light chains or other Human serum proteins.
Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, the formulation is 10 mM sodium phosphate with 150 mM sodium chloride at pH 7.2, and the antibody should be stored at +4°C.
