Anti-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin α (HCGα) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody targets Human Chorionic Gonadotropin α (HCGα) and is supplied as an IVD-grade reagent. It is unconjugated, of the IgG1 isotype, and is prepared as an ion exchange purified monoclonal antibody.

The antibody reacts with human samples and is validated for ELISA and Lateral Flow applications. Its specificity is directed at the HCG α subunit, with no reactivity observed against the beta subunits of HCG, LH, TSH, or FSH. Purity is reported as greater than 95%. The formulation is 20 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4, with 50 mM NaCl.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and may be kept short term at 4°C; for long term storage it should be aliquoted and held at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
