Anti-HuB / D Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against the neuronal RNA-binding protein HuB / D, also known as ELAV-like neuronal protein 1, ELAV-like protein 2, Hu-antigen B or Hel-N1. It is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human HuB / D and specifically detects endogenous levels of HuB / D protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and polyclonal in nature. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it useful for neuroscience, developmental and cancer research workflows.
