Anti-HTRA2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against HTRA2 (also known as OMI, PARK13, PRSS25, and serine protease HTRA2, mitochondrial). The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at approximately 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and it is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream labelling. It detects endogenous levels of HTRA2 (~38 kDa) and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is recombinant full-length human HTRA2, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography against an epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. For routine use the vial should be stored at –20 °C for continuous access, and the reagent is intended for research use only. Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG, providing robust coverage across the most common immunodetection workflows.
