A polyclonal antibody reagent from Antibodies.com targets HTRA2, a mitochondrial serine protease also called Omi that mediates caspase-independent apoptosis and contributes to mitochondrial protein quality control. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the reagent detects HTRA2 in human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl aliquot for standard immunodetection protocols in apoptosis, neurodegeneration, and mitochondrial biology research.
