Anti-HTR3A Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the 5HT3A Receptor (HTR3A). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 24-241 of the human 5HT3A Receptor, with a predicted molecular weight of 55 kDa.

The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), and ELISA, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC-P 1:50-1:200, and ELISA 1 µg/ml.

Purified by affinity chromatography, the product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
