Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises HTR2B, also referred to as 5-HT-2B. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 47 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:10-1:100 for ICC/IF.
The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
