Anti-HTATSF1 Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against HTATSF1. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human HTATSF1. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

It is validated for Western blot, IHC-P, ICC/IF and ELISA applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for IHC-P, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 86 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
