Anti-HSPD1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets HSPD1, also referred to as HSP60, and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP).

Provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent and purified by affinity methods, the antibody has been validated to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 27–240 of human HSP60/HSPD1 (NP_002147.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 61 kDa.

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Recommended dilutions are: WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:100, and IP 1:50–1:200.
