Anti-HSPBAP1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against HSPBAP1 (also known as 27 kDa heat shock protein-associated protein 1, HSPB1-associated protein 1, PASS1, or Protein associated with small stress protein 1) and was generated using a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of the human protein. The antibody is provided as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and ELISA on human samples, where it specifically detects endogenous levels of HSPBAP1. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
