Anti-HSPB8 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Hsp22/HSPB8 and is supplied in an unconjugated, liquid format. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–196 of human HSPB8/Hsp22 (NP_055180.1), is of the IgG isotype, and has a molecular weight of 22 kDa.

The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
