Anti-HSPB6 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, raised in rabbit, targets HSPB6 (also referred to as Hsp20), a protein with a reported molecular weight of 17 kDa. It is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent, validated for Western blot (WB) on mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-160 of human HSPB6 (accession NP_653218.1). It is supplied at a lot-specific concentration in liquid form, purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blot applications, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
