Anti-HSPA8 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Hsc70, also known as HSPA8. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse, rat, and monkey samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 510–615 of human Hsc70/HSPA8 (NP_006588.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 72 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
