Anti-HSPA6 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against HSPA6, a member of the heat shock 70 kDa protein family. The antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as a polyclonal IgG in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 474–643 of human HSPA6 (NP_002146.2). The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 71 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are provided with the product.
