Anti-HSPA5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody is raised in rabbit against HSPA5 (also known as BiP/GRP78) and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The reagent was generated using a recombinant human HSPA5 protein as the immunogen and subsequently purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen, yielding an unconjugated preparation suitable for the detection of endogenous total HSPA5 in classical laboratory assays. Validation data confirm reliable performance in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been verified to cross-react with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a versatile reagent for studies spanning cell biology, stress-response signalling, and disease models across species.
