Anti-HSPA1A Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide of human HSPA1A and is designed to detect the endogenous total level of the inducible 70 kDa heat shock protein in cellular and tissue lysates. The antibody is supplied in a 50 µl volume at 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a stabilizer, and is provided unconjugated for flexibility in downstream detection workflows. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting its use across common model systems and primary cultures.
