HSP90B1 (also known as gp96, GRP94, or endoplasmin) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident chaperone of the heat shock protein 90 family that supports folding and quality control of nascent client proteins, including immunoglobulin chains and Toll-like receptors. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against HSP90B1 and is supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl liquid aliquot, ready for use in western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human and mouse samples.

Because the target is a stress-responsive chaperone that is upregulated during the unfolded protein response, the reagent is frequently applied to probe ER stress states, tumor-associated antigen presentation pathways, and chaperone client occupancy in disease models. Polyclonal reactivity across multiple epitopes of HSP90B1 provides flexibility for detection of full-length protein as well as isoform or post-translationally modified species, and the unconjugated format allows downstream pairing with secondary antibodies chosen by the user for fluorescence, chromogenic, or chemiluminescent readouts.

Reactivity is confirmed for human and mouse tissues, and the antibody works with standard immunoblotting of cell lysates as well as formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. Aliquot on receipt and store refrigerated to preserve activity; handle with standard laboratory cold-chain practice to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
