Anti-HSP90B1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HSP90B1 (also known as GRP94). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified using the immunogen. The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa, and concentration is reported as lot specific.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 550–650 of human Grp94 (NP_003290.1) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
