Anti-HSP90B (phospho-S254) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HSP90B phosphorylated at Serine 254 is offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The immunogen used is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HSP90B around the phosphorylation site of Serine 254. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HSP90B protein only when phosphorylated at Ser254. It has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
