Anti-HSP90B (phospho-S254) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets HSP90B (also known as GRP94 or endoplasmin), an endoplasmic reticulum-resident chaperone of the heat shock protein 90 family, specifically recognizing the phosphorylated serine 254 (phospho-S254) epitope. Phosphorylation at S254 has been linked to functional regulation of HSP90B's chaperone activity and its role in protein folding quality control within the endoplasmic reticulum lumen.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications, the reagent shows reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
