Anti-HSP90B (K248) Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody against HSP90B (K248), supplied by Antibodies.com in their range of primary antibodies. The antibody is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of HSP90B protein. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 211-260 of human HSP90B, then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen; purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein HSP90B has a molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
