Anti-HSP90B (E222) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HSP90B at the E222 epitope. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 191-240 of human HSP90B and detects endogenous levels of the HSP90B protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 90 kDa.
