Anti-HSP90B Antibody

This mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody targets HSP90B (also known as GRP94, gp96, or endoplasmin), the endoplasmic reticulum-resident paralog of HSP90. It recognizes an epitope conserved across human, mouse, and rat orthologues, supporting western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows in cell biology, oncology, and immunology research.

Supplied as 50 µl of purified immunoglobulin in TBS (pH 7.4) containing 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, the reagent tolerates short-term storage at 4°C and long-term aliquoted freezing at -20°C to preserve activity across freeze-thaw cycles.

Endogenous HSP90B functions as an ATP-dependent chaperone for client proteins including immunoglobulins, integrins, and toll-like receptors, and participates in MHC class I antigen cross-presentation, making this antibody a useful reagent for studies of ER stress, the unfolded protein response, chaperone biology, and tumor immunology.
