Anti-HSP90B Antibody

Produced as a mouse IgG2a monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, this unconjugated antibody targets HSP90B (also known as GRP94, gp96, or endoplasmin), an endoplasmic reticulum-resident chaperone involved in protein folding, unfolded protein response signaling, and antigen presentation pathways.

The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot in TBS buffer (pH 7.4) supplemented with 1% BSA and 40% glycerol, with 0.05% sodium azide added as a preservative. For handling, store refrigerated at 4°C for short-term use or aliquot and freeze at -20°C for longer-term storage, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and shows reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.
