Anti-HSP90B (Ab-254) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against HSP90B and is validated for the detection of endogenous levels of total HSP90B protein in human samples. The antibody was generated using a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human HSP90B around the phosphorylation site of serine 254 (V-G-S(p)-D-E) and subsequently purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding an unconjugated preparation supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The 50 µl format is suitable for western blotting, immunohistochemical staining and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, making it a flexible tool for routine and exploratory work on heat-shock chaperone biology. The product is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity, and the reagent is intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
