Anti-HSP90B (Ab-254) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this antibody targets HSP90B at the epitope designated Ab-254. HSP90B is the endoplasmic reticulum-resident chaperone encoded by HSP90B1 and also known as GRP94, gp96, or endoplasmin.

The 100 µL format has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples.

GRP94 assists in folding of client proteins including immunoglobulin heavy chains and several Toll-like receptors, is induced during unfolded protein response, and is frequently upregulated in tumor tissue, making HSP90B a common target in studies of ER stress, chaperone biology, and cancer cell signaling.
