Anti-HSP90AB1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HSP90AB1 (Hsp90 beta), offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and Monkey samples and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It is also KO validated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human Hsp90β (NP_031381.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity purification. The reported molecular weight is 80 kDa, with concentration described as lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
