Anti-HSP90α (P717) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to HSP90α (P717) supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the reagent is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and is reactive with samples from human, mouse and rat.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 671–720 of human HSP90α and detects endogenous levels of HSP90α protein, recognising bands at approximately 85 and 90 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
