Anti-HSP70 (Y41) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HSP70. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20–70 of human HSP70, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of HSP70 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.
