Anti-HSP70 (phospho-Y41) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HSP70 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 41, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HSP70 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 41. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HSP70 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr41. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 70 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. One scientific validation image is available.
