Anti-HSP70 (C-terminus) Antibody

Targeting the C-terminal region of the 70 kDa heat shock protein, this mouse monoclonal antibody is validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation of human samples. HSP70 (HSPA1A) is a stress-inducible cytoplasmic and nuclear chaperone that maintains proteostasis under thermal, oxidative, and proteotoxic stress, and the conserved C-terminal substrate-binding domain serves as the immunogen for this reagent.
