HSP70 Detection for Stress Response and Proteostasis Research

HSP70 is a stress-inducible molecular chaperone of roughly 70 kDa that maintains proteostasis under heat shock, oxidative challenge, and other cellular insults. The Antibodies.com polyclonal rabbit anti-HSP70 reagent is supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl liquid aliquot and is validated for the detection of human HSP70 in both western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows.

As a polyclonal reagent, the antibody recognizes multiple epitopes across the HSP70 sequence, which can be useful when probing splice variants, post-translational modifications, or different isoforms expressed under varying experimental conditions.
