Anti-HSP70 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal primary antibody targets HSP70 (heat shock protein 70) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of an unconjugated, affinity-purified reagent at 1 mg/mL. The antibody was raised in mouse and is purified from antiserum by affinity chromatography, then formulated in PBS (pH 7.4) containing 0.02% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol for stability. It specifically recognizes endogenous HSP70 and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) at a working dilution of 1:1000–1:2000 and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) at 1:100–1:200. The reagent cross-reacts with samples from human, mouse and rat, making it a broadly applicable tool for stress-response and chaperone research across the most common mammalian model systems. As a monoclonal, it offers lot-to-lot consistency and a defined epitope, while the unconjugated format gives researchers full flexibility to choose their own secondary antibody and detection chemistry (chemiluminescence, fluorescence, or chromogenic).
