Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 511-560 of Human HSP60. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of HSP60 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 60 kDa.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
