Anti-HSP60 Antibody [H6-2]

The Antibodies.com Anti-HSP60 Antibody [H6-2] is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 that targets the mitochondrial chaperonin HSP60 (CPN60), a 60 kDa heat shock protein central to mitochondrial protein folding and the cellular stress response.

Supplied as a liquid at 100 µg per vial, the antibody has been validated in western blot, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (WB, ICC, IHC-P). It detects endogenous HSP60 in both human and mouse samples and is commonly used in research on mitochondrial dysfunction, neurodegeneration, and cancer metabolism.
