Anti-HSP60 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from human HSP60 (60 kDa heat shock protein), enabling detection of endogenous total HSP60 levels in research samples. The antibody is provided as an unconjugated rabbit IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is offered in a 50 µL pack size. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been shown to cross-react with human, mouse and rat samples. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring specificity for total HSP60. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
